L’Mae Designs – Returns & Refunds

At L’Mae Designs, we’re a small family-run business, and we put a lot of care into every order we create. We want you to be excited when your package arrives and love what you ordered! Because many of our items are made especially for you, we have a few guidelines for returns and refunds.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Since custom and personalized items are created specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Please take a moment to double-check names, spelling, colors, sizes, and any other customization details before submitting your order. We are happy to help if you have questions before we begin creating your item!

Ready-to-Ship Items

For items that are not personalized or custom-made, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Free from damage or alterations
Returned in their original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want to make things right if something isn’t quite right with your order!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery.

We’ll take a look and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Vinyl Decals

Because decals are applied to a variety of surfaces and application results can depend on the surface, temperature, cleaning, and application technique, L’Mae Designs cannot guarantee the results of a decal once it has been applied.

Please carefully follow any application instructions provided with your order. Once a decal has been applied, it is considered used and cannot be returned or replaced because of application difficulties.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change! Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once we have started creating your custom order, cancellations are no longer available.

Refunds

If your return or refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
